I’ll Help You Reach that Personal Milestone Experience
I thrive on helping people envision and achieve milestones that build their fitness and make them feel alive and exhilarated. We start with a free consultation to talk about what that experience will be for you and the kind of support that will help you. If you are new to working out, or are building the foundation for a new fitness program, we may start by meeting more frequently to get you safely on your way. When you are more established with your program, we may meet less frequently as you do more on your own.
I’ll meet you in the gym (Ridge Fitness in Leschi/Mt Baker), at your home, or outside and design workouts that align with your needs and preferences (don’t like to run? no problem.) We’ll find fun ways to push your fitness.
What I love most about working in fitness is developing an in-depth relationship outside of the gym to help you reach your goals. This combines periodic in-person meetings (workouts or talk/strategy sessions) complemented by online weekly training plans to keep you accountable and prepare you for a specific race, event or personal milestone.
Training ranges $70 – $80 per hour depending on the number of sessions paid in advance.
Coaching is $70/month and includes an online fitness plan arranged weekly to fit your schedule. This is a communication and accountability system that helps many people cultivate consistent fitness habits and track their exercise, energy level, sleep, nutrition and other health and training-related goals. Prices include sales tax.
