Strength & Stamina Classes
We get down to fun-drenched sweat in our Strength & Stamina classes on Tues, Thurs and Fri 6-7am on Capitol Hill, and at 9:45am on Tuesday and Thursday in Madrona. We are outdoors March-October, inside November-February.
Classes are one-hour, highly fun and unique! Keep your body guessing by mixing things up metabolically and varying motions, levels and planes.
Whatever your level of fitness, come as you are. I will help you adapt exercises for an appropriate and satisfying challenge.
These are on-going classes, not a series, so you can start any time and come as often as it works for you.

What to bring: a yoga mat or towel, a set of dumbbells (3-8lb), water and layered workout clothes.
